On May 5, 2016, Willow, a Golden Retriever passed the Canine Good Citizen evaluation with flying colors at Michigan Dog Training (MDT) in Plymouth, Michigan. She had just completed a four week MDT Day School program. Her parents Patricia and Kevin Bess of Canton, Michigan stated several times that Willow’s behavior prior to and after training was like “night and day.”
Willow was a typical high energy puppy with a wonderful temperament. She is very friendly toward other dogs and people and learned very quickly. They further stated they could really enjoy their time with her now. Their future aspirations include training her to be a Therapy Dog. They will make a wonderful therapy dog team.
Willow was bred by Anne Kane of Golden Acres in Tecumseh, Michigan who the Bess’ and MDT highly recommend.
