Private Dog Training Lessons
Michigan Dog Training’s team loves to work with both you and your dog in private lessons. For owners who are committed to learn with their dogs, this is often the better option.
We do these at our training facility inPlymouth, Michigan.
We specialize in working with dogs who are reactive, aggressive, high energy, and/or fearful – as well as happy go lucky dogs.
We work with all breeds and the training programs are individually tailored. However, most owners desire the following:
- How to reduce and manage aggressive / fearful tendencies
- How to teach self imposed calm behavior
- To walk nicely on a loose leash
- To reliably come when called
- Not to jump on guests
- To wait at door ways rather than barging out past you
- To go to a predetermined place and stay there until released
MDT was recommended to us for training from a family member, as we were looking for more obedience from our dog while interacting with our 1-year old daughter. We were heartbroken but close to considering rehoming our pup, and with this training we have regained the confidence we needed to feel comfortable having her around our daughter. We completed private lessons, and I cannot speak highly enough of the owner, Michael. He is very kind and his expertise is evident throughout every session.
