Dog Day Care

Plymouth, Michigan Dog Training LLC, offers an enhanced version of Dog Day Care.  It is a four week Day Camp program, three days per week of intensive training.  It is like a board and train program except you pick up your dog each evening after work. Upon completion, your dog can continue in the Very Important Client (VIC) Day Care to have your dog’s training continued.  In addition to training, your dog also receives supervised socialization with other dogs.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN TESTING (CGC): Michael Burkey and Wendy Bemis are certified CGC evaluators for the American Kennel Club (AKC).  They offer on-going CGC testing at the conclusion of the Canine Good Citizen classes which prepares students to take the CGC test for free.  Non students may take the evaluation for only $15.00. Email to learn of the next test date.  Earning a CGC Certificate can be helpful when obtaining home insurance as well as preparing your dog to become a therapy dog.

DO MORE WITH YOUR DOG!, trick titles:  “Do More with Your Dog!” is the only sanctioning and organizing body for the sport of Dog Tricks utilizing positive training methods.  It was developed by internationally known trick dog instructor, performer and author Kyra Sundance.  Your dog too can learn new tricks and be titled as a trick dog.  For more information, speak with Amy about future trick dog classes.
